Well, shockingly enough, the total was exactly what they showed upfront. No random surprises or mystery charges, which apparently is something worth appreciating these days.

I ordered for pickup and overall it was decent. The food was ready close to the time they told me, but I still ended up waiting a few extra minutes at the counter. The staff looked busy and kind of unorganized, and I felt a little dismissed while I was standing there waiting, like no one really wanted to check in or give me an update. It wasn’t a bad experience, but it definitely could’ve been smoother. I’d probably try pickup again, but I’m hoping it’s quicker and a little more put-together next time.

I really enjoyed this pizza!!! The flavor was great, the sauce wasn’t too sweet, and the cheese tasted super fresh!!! The crust was good too, though it was maybe a little softer than I usually like. Still, I liked it a lot and would definitely order it again!!!

Their menu seriously has a little bit of everything, which is a lifesaver when everyone in the house is acting like picking dinner is the hardest decision of their life. Super handy when nobody knows what they want.

We ordered from Palermo’s for a family party, the food was really good. The portions were solid, and everyone seemed happy with the pasta and chicken. Delivery showed up a little late, which wasn’t ideal, but it wasn’t a huge deal in the end. Overall, we were happy with everything and would order from them again.

I’ve ordered from Palermo’s on 95th a bunch of times, it’s just been solid every time. Like, nothing fancy to explain here, the pizza shows up hot, tastes the same each time, and the staff has always been cool. No weird surprises or random issues, which is pretty much what I want when I’m ordering pizza.

We popped in for dinner with the kids and it was really easygoing. The kids felt comfortable right away, which always makes the meal way more enjoyable. Definitely a good casual spot if you’re eating out with little ones.

The menu was simple to get around, not some confusing mess, and the buttons and links were clear enough. The food tasted good, but the portions were smaller than I expected for what I paid. It’s one of those places that feels like it works when it wants to, decent overall, but I still left feeling like I should’ve gotten a little more.

I ordered from palermos95th and the taste was fine. the pizza was more warm than fresh-out-the-oven hot though, which was a little disappointing. Not Terrible at all, I just wish it had shown up a bit hotter.

Okay, I was starting to panic like this was the end of the world, but the issue got sorted out in the end. Huge relief. Everything is working now, so I’m happy!

I went there sometime last month, or maybe it was the end of the month before, I can’t remember exactly. Either way, the seats were super comfy and I didn’t feel cramped at all. I actually ended up staying longer than I meant to because it was just that easy to relax

I used this on a chilly, rainy night and it did exactly what I needed. I stayed warm the whole time and didn’t notice any leaks at all. Weirdly, I remember there was a tiny leaf stuck to the outside when I packed it up, and everything underneath was still totally dry. Happy with it.

I finally tried Palermo’s because I kept hearing about their famous sweet sauce, and yep, it is absolutely, unquestionably sweet. Like, there is zero doubt in my mind that sweet sauce fans would be all over it. For me, it got to be a little much after a couple slices, but I totally get the appeal. Ordering through the site was fine, nothing amazing but no real issues. The pizza showed up warm, the crust was decent, and overall it was a solid try. I’d probably order again if I was specifically craving that sweeter style, but I’m 100% sure it wouldn’t be my everyday pizza pick.
